  • Alex Goligoski moved into sole possession of first place on the team’s all-time playoff assist list with his helper on Jeff Taffe’s second period goal in Game Three.
  • Mark Letestu’s overtime goal in Game Three was the first career playoff goal for the Penguins forward.
  • Adam Berkhoel made his first career start in a Calder Cup Playoff game in Game Three, and picked up his first win with a 23 save performance.  He is the ninth Penguins goaltender to win a playoff game.

TONIGHT’S GAME
The Penguins have an all-time record of 61-54 in the postseason, and a 36-22 record in home games.

COMEBACK KIDS
There have been 20 comebacks from a two-games-to-none deficit to win a best-of-seven series in AHL history, and no team has accomplished the feat more times than the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.

The Penguins have overcome 2-0 deficits three times in the past seven playoff seasons (2004 EDSF vs. Bridgeport; 2005 EDSF vs. Binghamton; 2006 EDSF vs. Bridgeport).  Only the Rochester Americans, who have been participating in the AHL for 53 years, and the defunct Adirondack Red Wings, have dug out of that hole an equal number of times.
