UPDATE ON PAUL BISSONNETTE

groupWILKES-BARRE, PA –  Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins forward Paul Bissonnette left Wednesday night’s game against the Hershey Bears after suffering a lacerated left wrist.  

Bleeding was stopped by medical personnel at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza.

Bissonnette was taken to Geisinger Medical Center for further treatment, and was released from the hospital late on Wednesday evening.

Bissonnette’s status will be further evaluated going forward.

Tickets for all Penguins home playoff games are on sale now, and available through all TicketMaster locations, online at www.ticektmaster.com and through the Wachovia Arena box office.
